With over 30 years in Business Management, Harry is a distinguished entrepreneur and business leader renowned for driving growth and innovation. His extensive experience includes leading Sales & Business Development, Supply Chain Management, and Corporate Strategy at major global companies such as Geodis, Gati, Nokia, TNT Logistics, and Tech Pacific.

Harry’s expertise spans diverse industries, including Consumer Electronics, Telecom, Third-Party Logistics, Industrial Packaging, Robotics & Engineering, Sporting Goods, Apparel, and Footwear. His career has taken him across nearly every continent, with significant roles in Australia, Singapore, India, and the USA. He has been globally recognized as one of Asia’s Top Supply Chain Professionals. Having served on various company boards, Harry brings a strategic perspective to any company he associates with.

In recent years, Harry has focused on integrating sustainable practices within supply chain management and advancing climate action. He has been instrumental in integrating sustainable practices within supply chain frameworks and promoting climate-positive strategies. With over a decade of experience with NetSuite ERP, Harry is ideally positioned to lead the development of sustainability-focused NetSuite-native solutions and continue to champion climate-friendly initiatives.

Currently, Harry serves on the board of Saarthi Greentech, the world’s first Hybrid Hydrogen powered system for transport, and GoMicro, an Australian AI-powered sustainability device company focused on reducing waste and improving agricultural and aquaculture quality output.

Tamara Knyazev

Cofounder and CEO

Tamara brings over 15 years of finance and accounting expertise, underscored by a deep
commitment to climate action and sustainability. She began her career in public accounting
before moving on to lead operations accounting at a Fortune 500 company. From there, Tamara
advanced through several high-growth SaaS companies with global footprints, excelling in roles
such as Corporate Controller and Director of Finance & Accounting.

Renowned for her strategic approach, attention to detail, and mastery of advanced cloud
technologies, Tamara has consistently elevated financial processes to world-class
standards—foundational work that now informs her approach to carbon accounting.

An enthusiastic champion of sustainable practices, Tamara has expanded her expertise through
the Business and Climate: The Journey to Net Zero program at Columbia Business School. She
is also in the process of earning a Diploma in GHG Accounting from the Greenhouse Gas
Management Institute. This ongoing dedication to professional development enables Tamara to
blend financial rigor with climate-conscious strategies.

As a key asset to SuiteEarth, Tamara’s innovative perspective helps our clients navigate the
intersection of finance, sustainability, and technology. Her leadership ensures that our customers
not only meet today’s financial and environmental benchmarks but also anticipate and adapt to
the demands of a greener tomorrow.

Deepthi Paritala

Founding Member and Product Lead

With more than 8 years of experience in IT, Deepthi brings a rich and varied background to SuiteEarth’s team. Starting as a Business Analyst and Systems Architect, Deepthi transitioned into a Product Manager role, where she led Scrum teams in SaaS-based product companies. Deepthi has been instrumental in shaping product strategy, managing roadmaps, and conducting market research, with a proven track record of successfully launching features across multiple domains.

Driven by a passion for sustainability and climate action, Deepthi pivoted from traditional IT roles to the carbon accounting space. She now leads the development of our ESG-focused NetSuite ERP extension app, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Deepthi collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solution not only meets market needs but also drives impactful environmental change.

Ashok Rao

Strategic Advisor and Business Partner

Ashok is a seasoned technology executive with a strong finance and accounting background, bringing over 22 years of experience in helping Fortune 500 and SMB companies successfully implement NetSuite and other ERP systems, SCM, and Business Re-Engineering Programs through industry best practices.

As a Senior Partner & COO at dotSolved Systems, an Oracle+NetSuite Alliance Partner, Ashok guides companies maximize their NetSuite ERP system’s potential and advance sustainability efforts by integrating carbon accounting solutions like SuiteEarth.

Ashok excels at identifying business challenges and developing comprehensive, end-to-end solutions, particularly in integrating carbon accounting practices within ERP systems, enabling companies to drive their sustainability initiatives effectively.
